We are QuickCare, a SaaS talent platform for the childcare sector. Founded towards the end of 2022, we saw firsthand the casualisation of the childcare sector workforce, in part a reaction to COVID. Staff looking for flexibility, were leaving, increasing costs for services while affecting the quality of care for kids.
QuickCare, aims to raise the standard of care with an app, that helps retain and source the best educators. Our app enables educators to create a verified online profile to share with childcare services. Providers mobilise their educators with flexible scheduling to work across their locations, or post to hire on-demand staff for perm or casual roles.
