QuickCare was born in 2022 when we saw something that couldn't be ignored. For years, the childcare industry has felt like a circus when it comes to staffing.
The biggest cost for any centre is wages yet it's the last place providers are looking to provide stability and quality to parents trusting them with their most prized thing: their kids.
So many fundamentals were broken. Throw into the mix a staff shortage, manual processes, and a lack of oversight and it's a recipe for disaster.
We've always been obsessed with child safety and creating a brighter future. We wanted a platform that actually moves the needle.
We wanted to build something better. Something different. A platform that promotes better upskilling of educators who don't get the recognition they deserve, and ensures our centres and children are safe and well educated.
That became QuickCare now used by thousands of centres and educators across Australia.
